While the notion behind Valentine's Day is touching, it is sometimes hard to not become cynical and simply see it as a corporate holiday. Chinese New Year - Wear Red for Luck

Tomorrow is Chinese New Year and apart from family, food, lion dances and fire crackers now is also the time to change your luck with some festive dressing. Traditionally, new years is the time to wear new, bright (preferably red) clothes to attract good fortune and prosperity. Avoid white and black which are the traditional colours of mourning and don't wear old clothes or you'll bring last years bad luck with you.

So, bring yourself some good luck for the year of the rat and wear some red!
